If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines our procedures and rules regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Strict “No Return, No Refund” Policy

Please note our strict policy regarding refunds: We absolutely do not allow or issue refunds without the physical return of the item under any circumstances.

To receive a refund, replacement, or store credit, you must ship the item back to our facility for inspection. We do not support “refund-only” requests. If you do not return the product, no refund or exchange will be granted.


2. Return Window and Eligibility

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and certificates attached.
  • You must provide the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase issued by our store.
  • Customized, personalized, or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Return Process

If you wish to return an item, you must follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Email our customer service team at bramblek@grethenrenovation.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address. Do not send items back without prior approval.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship the package to our headquarters:

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for packages lost in transit.

4. Inspection and Refund Approval

Once we receive your returned package, our quality assurance team will inspect the item. We will immediately notify you via email that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Returns: If the item is in its original, resaleable condition, we will approve your refund. The refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
  • Rejected Returns: If the item is found to be used, damaged, missing parts, or not in its original packaging, the refund request will be rejected. In this case, we can ship the item back to you at your expense.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, you must still return the item to us to resolve the issue.

  • You must report the damage or defect via email (bramblek@grethenrenovation.com) within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the damaged item.
  • We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the defective product.
  • Once the physical item is returned and inspected, we will send a brand-new replacement item or issue a full refund (including original shipping fees).
  • Reminder: We will not issue a refund or cross-ship a replacement before receiving the defective item back.
