1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in Luxembourg) after we receive your cleared payment.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM (CET) on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
- During high-volume periods (such as seasonal sales, holidays, or promotional events), processing times may be extended up to 5 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, and another email once your package has shipped.
2. Shipping Zones and Rates
We ship to customers located within Luxembourg, across the European Union (EU), and to select international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.
A. Domestic Shipping (Luxembourg)
- Standard Delivery: 1–2 business days.
- Cost: Flat rate or calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies to domestic orders over a specific threshold (as displayed on our homepage).
B. European Union (EU) Shipping
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days.
- Express Delivery: 2–4 business days.
- Coverage: Includes all EU member states. Rates vary depending on the destination country zone.
C. International Shipping (Non-EU Countries)
- Standard Delivery: 7–15 business days (subject to customs clearance delay).
- Coverage: Available to selected countries outside the EU. Please check the destination dropdown menu at checkout to confirm if we ship to your location.
3. Tracking Your Shipment
Once your package is handed over to our logistics partner, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking portal.
You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving your notification.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For Deliveries Within the European Union:
Prices displayed on our website include Luxembourgish Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. Orders shipped to destinations within the EU will not be subject to additional customs duties.
For International Deliveries (Outside the EU):
- Customer Responsibility: Your order may be subject to import duties, local sales taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country.
- Fees: All charges for customs clearance must be paid directly by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
- Policy: If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping costs, any duties incurred, and the cost of returning the package to us will be deducted from your eventual refund.
6. Wrong Address and Failed Delivery Attempts
Please verify your shipping address thoroughly before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
- Failed Deliveries: If a package cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable, or because the address provided was incorrect, the courier may leave a notice or hold the item at a local pick-up point.
- Returned Packages: If a package is returned to our facility in Sandweiler due to non-collection or an invalid address, the customer must pay the re-shipping costs to have the package sent out a second time.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
We insure all shipments against loss or damage during transit to protect your investment.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please take photos of the packaging immediately and refuse the delivery if possible. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Missing Packages: If your tracking link shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your building manager, or your local post office first. If it remains missing, email us within 7 days of the stated delivery date so we can open an official investigation with the carrier.
